I am a Certified Practitioner of Tama-Do, The Academy of Sound, Color, and Movement. At Tama-Do, I studied with Fabien Maman, a master teacher and guide, and Terres Unsoeld  Fabien has created research and practical applications using Sound, Color and Movement and Harmonizing Seasonal Concerts to balance the body, mind, and spirit through the subtle energy fields (aura).

My study with Tama-Do Academy has impacted me profoundly and greatly helped to  illuminate my journey of healing and empowerment. I especially appreciate the spaciousness of the Tama-Do work as it provides an invitation for healing and awakening on many levels.  Tama-Do has helped me ground and enhance my healing gifts and to offer a greater wealth of tools and possibilities to others.

I have had a lifelong passion for the healing power of the human voice - that amazing gift we each carry with us! I have studied with renowned sound healers Tom Kenyon, Sarah Benson, and Lisa Rafel.

Most of us use our voices every day. We may believe we know them well, yet, at the same time, there is great mystery and possibility here.  Our voices can also be instruments for healing, empowerment, and awakening. We can learn a lot from our sounds. They have the power to remove blocks in our energy system, to strengthen us, and help us express more fully the truth of our experience and of who we are.

 I am also trained in other healing modalities including yoga, breath, energy work and holistic counseling.
